One of our most bookmarked in Deloraine! Originally built in c1838, Blakes Manor Self-Contained Heritage Accommodation offers privacy and independence as well as free Wi-Fi and communal BBQ facilities. All suites feature a kitchenette.

Surrounded by lovely, spacious gardens, Blakes Manor Self-Contained Heritage Accommodation is in the centre of Deloraine. Easy 1.5 hr drive to Cradle Mountain. Launceston Airport is 40 minutes away.

Each of the heritage-style suites features Victorian décor. All rooms include a sofa, a TV, DVD player, iron and quality hotel linen. Each has a private a bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries.***FREE  WI-FI  IS AVAILABLE IN ALL SUITES***

Upon arrival, guests receive a complementary breakfast hamper, which we will happily replenish for those staying more than one night . The hamper includes a freshly baked loaf of bread using the finest ingredients from the Australian owned Tasmanian Flour Mill. Guests can cook and enjoy their breakfast at their leisure.

Statement of Sustainability

To reduce the environment footprint during your stay, we have implemented a number of measures including, but not limited to:

  • replacing inefficient panel and bar heating in our heritage suites with high efficiency heat pumps 

  • washing and drying all linen using solar electricity generated on the roof of the accommodation

  • placing recycling bins in all suites so that guests can assist us in reducing the amount of waste generated

  • using refillable toiletries containers in bathrooms, which allows us to reduce the amount of single use waste generated. We use high quality, Australian made biogradable products in these containers.

  • using high quality Australian made products, where possible, to reduce product miles

  • replacing all inefficient incandescent lighting with energy efficient LED lighting 

  • installing water efficient toilets and flow shower roses to reduce water use

  • purchasing high quality products with have a high recycled content, such as toilet paper and paper towels

  • using NP (no phosphorus) laundry washing powder
